Cancellation Policy

Standard cancellation policy is 3 days prior to arrival by 12pm Abu Dhabi time. In case of no show 100 pct on total value of booking amount would be charged as a penalty. Cancellation policy varies by arrival date at the time of booking. If cancellation of a guaranteed reservation is not received by the required date the Hotel will charge 100pct total value of booking.
