Cancellations/Changes
Should you need to cancel your booking, you may visit the Manage Reservation page. Please note that your reservation will be cancelled, but no email notification will be sent to confirm this. Alternatively, you are welcome to email your advisor directly with your cancellation request. Please include your Reservation Code, the six letter code found on your confirmation, with any email communication.
Once we process your cancellation or change, we will send you an email to confirm. Should you need to make changes to your reservation, such as adjusting dates or adding additional rooms, please email your advisor directly.
Please note that all cancellations are subject to the hotel policy provided at the time of your booking.
