Cancellation Policy 
Advance Purchase Rates are non-refundable. No cancel or change is possible once confirmed. Cancel or change subject to full loss of deposit. Festive Season 20Dec21- 02Jan22 non-refundable 50 percent of total stay due at booking. Cancel by 1200 30 days prior or pay full loss of deposit. The remaining balance of the full stay amount is due at time of arrival. All other stay dates and rate plans must be canceled 7 days prior to 1200 or pay 2-night plus tax unless otherwise stated in the rate description. Canceled less than 7 days forfeits deposit.

Deposit Policy

Festive Season 20Dec-02Jan reservations require a 50 percent of full stay amount deposit plus tax at booking. Deposit becomes non-refundable 30 days prior to arrival date. All other stays require a 2-night deposit plus tax at booking.
