Cancellations/Changes
Should you need to cancel your booking you may visit the "Manage Reservation" page - please be advised that your reservation will be cancelled but no email notification will be sent. Alternatively, you may email your advisor directly with cancellation request. Please include your Reservation Code (6 Letter Code in Confirmation) on any email communication sent.We will process your cancellation/change and send an email to you to confirm.
Should you need to make any changes to your reservation (ie dates, add additional rooms, etc.) you must email your advisor directly.
Please note that all cancellations are subject to the hotel policy provided at the time of your booking.
