Early Checkout - All departures prior to date agreed at time of booking are subject to an early departure fee equal to the full stay amount plus tax unless otherwise stated. Late Checkout - Late check-out after 1200 is subject to a fee equal to 50 percent of the applicable daily rate plus tax. Late check-out after 1800 is subject to a fee equal to one night room charge plus tax at the applicable daily rate. Pet Policy - Only small cats and dogs under 10 kilos/22 pounds are accepted. Pets are not permitted in all public areas such as bars - restaurants - the spa and the swimming pool area. Service animals are permitted in rooms - bars and restaurants only. Family Policy - Children 12 years of age and under sharing a room with 2 adults stay free of charge. A maximum of one child sharing a junior suite and a maximum 2 children sharing full suites applies to the family plan.
