Cancellation Policy

Sweet 15 Rate/Advance Purchase Rates are non-refundable - change or cancel equals full loss of deposit plus tax and occupancy fee. Winter Season 17Dec-09Apr - cancel 6PM 30 days or pay full stay amount plus tax and occupancy fee. Winter Season 01Jan-10Apr - cancel 6PM 7 days prior or pay full stay amount plus tax and occupancy fee. All other stay dates and rate plans cancel 6PM 7 days prior for full refund. Cancel 6PM 1-6 days prior pay 1 night plus tax and occupancy fee. Cancel 6PM less then 24 hours prior pay full stay amount plus tax and occupancy fee.

Sweet 15 Rate/Advance Purchase Rate requires a non-refundable full prepayment deposit plus tax and occupancy fee at time of booking. Winter Season 17Dec-09Apr a 2-night deposit is due at time of booking - balance of full stay amount due 30 days prior when deposit is 100 percent non-refundable. Winter Season 01Jan-10Apr - a 2-night deposit is due at time of booking - balance of full stay amount due 7 days prior when deposit is 100 percent non-refundable. All other stays require a 1-night deposit at booking.

Policies

Early Checkout - Departures prior to date agreed at time of check-in are subject to an early departure fee equal to the total number of nights reserved plus tax and service unless otherwise stated. Late Checkout - Late check-out without the resorts permission is subject to a 1 night room charge plus tax and service charge at the applicable daily rate unless otherwise stated in the rate description. Pet Policy - Dogs up to 45 pounds/20 kilos are accepted at Montage Deer Valley with a non-refundable pet stay fee of USD 150 plus tax per two pets per stay. The resort reserves the right to charge guests for all damage to the property in excess of mandatory fees. Pets are not permitted where food is served. Family Policy - Children 12 years of age and under sharing room with an adult stay complimentary. Child rollaway bed if required is complimentary. Occupancy limits apply in all accommodations. See room descriptions for details. Baby cribs are complimentary. Group Policy - A maximum of 9 rooms can be reserved from the same booking source or agency location for arrival on the same date. Accommodations include a combination of 129 guestrooms - 45 suites and 45 residences all with an exceptionally spacious. All rooms - suites and residences include a private balcony or patio with beautiful views. Some offer panoramic views of the mountain trails and alpine valleys. All rooms offer rich estate-quality furnishings - commissioned artwork - a comfortable sitting area and a romantic gas fireplace.
