Cancellation Policy
Luxury In Advance Rates cannot be changed or canceled once they are confirmed. Cancel will result in loss of deposit. Cancel 3PM 7 days prior or pay 1 night plus tax. Peak Season cancel 3PM 14 days prior or pay 1 night plus tax. All other stays cancel 24 hours prior to 3PM day of arrival or pay 1 night plus tax unless otherwise stated.
