Reservations must be cancelled by 2pm hotel time 2 days prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of 1 night stay including tax. Cancellations MUST be made through the original booking channel OR THEY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. No-show fee is the full stay no tax.
