Guarantee Policy
Some rate plans and trade fair dates may require a deposit. This will be stated in the rate rules where applicable. For all other arrivals - a credit card guarantee is required at time of booking. Accepted for guarantee is credit card only. Guaranteed reservations are held until 12 midnight date of scheduled arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy varies by arrival date. Thanksgiving arrivals from Wed-Fri Thanksgiving weekend - cancel by 6PM local time 10 days prior or pay cancel fee of 1 night room charge plus tax. Normal Cancel Policy all other arrival dates - cancel by 6PM local time 24 hours prior or pay 1 night room charge plus tax.
Deposit Policy
Unless otherwise stated in the rate description a deposit is optional for all arrival dates and rate plans. Optional deposit amount is one night room charge plus tax. Send deposit to the hotels accounting department. Accepted for deposit - credit card or wire transfer.
