Cancellation Policy
For cancellations more than one month prior to arrival-no penalty will be charged. For cancellations between thirtieth and eighth day before arrival 25 pct penalty. For cancellations made during the seven days prior to arrival-100 pct penalty. For no shows-100 pct penalty.
Deposit Policy
All reservations require a credit card deposit of 25 pct of stay due within 14 days from confirmation. Remaining 75 pct can be paid within one month before arrival.
