Cancellation Policy
Plan in Advance Rates are non-refundable. No changes or cancel is possible once the reservation has been confirmed. Cancel will result in full loss of deposit. Dower House reservations have a variable cancel policy determined on a case by case basis. Please contact the hotels reservations office for specific enquiries. All other rate plans and stay dates must be canceled by 4PM local time 48 hours prior to date of scheduled arrival or pay 1 night room charge plus tax unless otherwise stated in the rate description.
