Cancellation Policy
From Jan 1st to April 30 any cancellation made within 30 days prior to arrival is subject to 100pct forfeiture of stay. From May 1st to Dec 19 any cancellation made within 7 days prior to arrival is subject to 100pct forfeiture of stay. In holiday season from Dec 20th to Dec 31st any cancellation made within 60 days prior to arrival is subject to 100pct forfeiture of stay. Exceptions may apply- please see rate rules.
Deposit Policy
From Jan 1st to April 30 100pct deposit including tax is due 30 days prior to arrival. From May 1st to Dec 19 100pct deposit including tax is due 7 days prior to arrival. In Holiday Season from Dec 20 to Dec 31 100 pct deposit is collected 60 days prior to arrival.
