will result in full loss of deposit plus tax and service.

stay amount plus tax and service. Villa Maroma reservations
cancel 60 days prior or pay 50 percent of full stay amount plus
tax and service. High Season 04Jan23-31May23 and
01Nov23-17Dec23 cancel 21 days prior or pay full loss of
deposit plus tax and service. Low Season 01Jun23-31Oct23 cancel
7 days prior or pay full loss of deposit plus tax and service.
No-show is charged the total number of nights reserved.

amount plus tax and service is due at time of booking. Accepted
for deposit - cash - credit card or wire transfer. Deposits by
American Express require the 4-digit security code.
