deposit. Guaranteed reservations are held until 6AM local time
the day after scheduled arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Advance Purchase Rates and select Packages are non-refundable
and cannot be changed or canceled once the reservation has been
confirmed. Cancel will result in full loss of deposit. Festive
Season 26Dec-01Jan cancel by 4pm local time 60 days prior or
pay full stay amount. Standard cancellation policy stays
02Jan-25Dec cancel by 12PM local time 30 days prior or pay 1
night room charge unless otherwise stated in rate description.
No-show is charged same as failure to cancel.
Deposit Policy
Advance Purchase Rates require a non-refundable full prepayment
deposit at time of booking. For all other stay dates and rate
plans a deposit in lieu of guarantee is optional for all
arrival dates unless otherwise stated. Optional deposit amount
is 1 night room charge and is due within 72 hours of booking
date. Optional deposits are fully refundable provided that
cancel policy is met. Accepted for deposit - cash - credit card
or wire transfer.
Short Description
The spa may be periodically closed subject to Covid-19

it soothes. Relax on a guided tour of the gardens or practice
yoga on the riverbanks. Float in our heated pool or sink into a
hammock. Indulge at the Andean-style Spa Mayu Willka with
luxurious body wraps of Incas Gold and organic cocoa before
detoxing in the outdoor Jacuzzi. As birds jabber overhead and
wind whispers in the emerald trees - you will find total
tranquility.

Whether its waking to a shamans call or bedding down with a hot
water bottle - we know its the little things that make your
stay special. Feeding milk to our baby alpacas is a highlight
for many - but snuggling up under a wool rug with a cup of muna
tea can be just as enjoyable.

All rooms at Rio Sagrado offer river views. Look out on the
gardens from your shower and all exude our authentic Andean
charm. Exterior walls are rendered using ancient techniques -
while interiors come alive with bright fabrics and alpaca
wools. Come evening - head to El Huerto Bar for a zingy Pisco
sour. Our barman has a wealth of knowledge on the local liquor
- his tasting sessions are not to be missed. A fire roars on
the terrace of El Huerto Restaurant. Here - dishes are made
with ingredients fresh from the kitchen garden. The riverside
El Jardin meanwhile - offers culinary theatre with its
waterside barbecue and traditional pachamanca. Published rates
are inclusive of full breakfast.
