Cancellation Policy
Reservations must be cancelled or modified 15 to 30 days prior
to arrival day to avoid a fee of 50pct of full stay including
tax - less than 15 days prior arrival day will incur a 100pct
fee of full stay including tax. No-Show fee - Full stay
including tax.
Deposit Policy
A deposit of 50pct of the whole stay is due 30 days prior to
arrival. We kindly ask you to transfer the amount to our
account or to give us the allowance to charge to your credit
card.
