guarantee at time of booking. Accepted for guarantee - credit
card/deposit/hotel approved company name/hotel approved travel
agency IATA number/hotel approved travel agency name.
Guaranteed reservations are held until 12 noon the day after
scheduled arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy varies by arrival date. Formula 1 Grand
Prix weekend - arrival dates vary by year - cancel 6 months
prior to date of scheduled arrival to avoid a cancel fee which
is full loss of deposit/full stay amount. Standard cancel
policy - all other arrival dates unless otherwise specified -
room reservations must be canceled by 4PM 1 day prior to date
of scheduled arrival to avoid a cancel fee equal to one night
room charge plus tax. Suite reservations must be canceled by
4PM 7 days prior to date of scheduled arrival to avoid a cancel
fee equal to one night room charge plus tax.
Deposit Policy

booking. For all other arrival dates - a deposit in lieu of
guarantee is optional. Optional deposit amount is full
prepayment and is due at time of booking. Deposits should be
sent to the hotels reservations office. Accepted for deposit -
credit card only. Optional deposit is fully refundable
provided that cancel policy is met.
