Reservations for all other arrival dates must be guaranteed at
time of booking with a credit card - deposit - pre-approved
travel agent or pre-approved company. Guaranteed reservations
will be held until midnight local time the evening of scheduled
arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy varies by arrival date. For stays including
14 APR-4 MAY and 14OCT-03 NOV - cancel at least 14 days prior
to 1800 hours on the scheduled arrival date to avoid forfeits
full deposit. For all other arrival dates cancel 24 hours prior
to 1800 hours local time to avoid a cancellation fee of one
night room and tax charge.
Deposit Policy

amount is one night room charge plus 15 percent service charge
and is due at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival.
